  6. YAY! Thanks for posting this, Carol. And I am so excited about the casting, especially Matthew Macfadyen. I'm so glad he plays the good priest (whose name escapes me right now). Now I have to decide if I'm going to reread this before the summer...Did you read the next book about the cathedral? Was it good?

  7. I hope we are able to get this in Canada. I loved Pillars of the Earth. I also read World Without End. If you liked the first, you will like the second. It takes place in the same town some 200 years down the road! Very good read.

  8. I have only read Pillars of the Earth. I've been planning on reading World Without End but started the Twilight series right after Pillars... followed by the Sookie Stackhouse series... followed by the Outlander series - which I plan to finish in the next few weeks. :) Meanwhile, I think I need to find some Cliff Notes because I realized while watching the trailer that there is a ton I have forgotten!
