  1. I am so glad you posted that interview. I am amazed that DG is just a normal sounding, normal looking person. We all KNOW that inside she is sarcastic like Claire, hot blooded like Jamie, sadistic like BJR, guileless like young Ian, charming and evil like Bonnet, wicked like Geillis, controlling like Jenny, conniving like Geneva ...... I could go on and on. DG who else are you? I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT!

  2. For those of you who were in the chat this past Monday night, the explanation DG gives in the last part of the video, about the status of the movie, and what she thinks of Allan Scott-Douglas, and all that, is basically the exact same thing she said last week at her appearance in Winston-Salem.

  3. WT...?!? She opened Exile TWICE and we can't even SEE the pictures! Cruel and inhumane!
Come on Sept 21st. Get here, get here!

  6. Don't know if anyone would be interested, but there's a movie coming out on the same day as The Exile called Ondine. It's a modern day movie about the legends of silkies! Colin Farrell is in it, and I think it looks pretty good. http://www.ondinefilm.com/ Something to to me over until my book arrives. :)

  7. lmao, she was thinking about the guy in a kilt during church! She's adorable. Thanks for posting. Lots of interesting stuff in the interview.

Thanks Estee, that looks like a good movie.

  8. It is certainly nice to hear her publically declare that Allan Scott-Douglas as her Jamie choice. The CD is really wonderful.
She never really mentions the female singer Sue on the CD and I think her voice is outstanding.

Mostly on the interview, it is the same interview that I have seen her give time and time again.

Really looking for for my Exile to arrive in the mail!

  9. I just went to Allen Scott-Douglas' web site. I have to say NOT MY JAMIE. I'm sure he can sing great but come on. That is all I am saying.

  11. I think everyone is over Gerard Buttler as Jamie. Even though DG was talking about actual actors to play Jamie, I know I'm always thinking about Gabriel Aubry (in the looks department at least)... And, I'm with you MollyK. I'm not quite on board with that idea.
