Moya Brennan

SPOILER ALERT: Dinna read unless you have read A BREATH OF SNOW AND ASHES.

Heard this Moya Brennan song on my Gaelic (and Gaelic-esque) mix on Pandora today... and looked up the lyrics. Wow. Go here and listen to it - and read the lyrics. Absolutely beautiful. It's not available at Playlist.com so I canna put it on my playlists - but it's perfect for one of the Outlander movies... somewhere. Havena decided yet.

That song was in the movie "Last of the Mohicans" and it was awesome. It's perfect for any Outlander movie.

I keep meaning to grab the entire LOTM soundtrack on iTunes--I'll bet most of it would make a good Outlander soundtrack!

It would Tracey! I have had it for years and still listen to it. The music is very moving.

I LOVE that song.

Tracey, before you head to iTunes...I'm pretty sure the version available there is NOT the real soundtrack or something. I have it on cd, but was lazy and was just going to re-buy it, but saw a review/warning from someone there. Just a heads-up. :/

I LOVE this...used to play it while studying in college. Good times. ;)

Guys - I find all this stuff on Pandora.com. I set up a Gaelic/Scottish station and it's soooo good. I keep hearing songs and saying "Ahhh! My Outlander playlist!"
