"'When the day shall come, that we do part,' he said softly, and turned to look at me, 'if my last words are not ‘I love you’ – ye’ll ken it was because I didna have time.'"
The Fiery Cross, Diana Gabaldon (with a little help from her "best friend, Doug")
Doug...this one's for you.
At first I was wondering "What does this song have to do with anything?" Then I heard the chorus - too funny, lasses! lolReplyDelete
OMG, hysterical. Now I'm going to have to watch this movie tonight after the bairn is in bed!ReplyDelete
LMAO you guys are really awesome you know that.ReplyDelete
Cari - I'm glad you watched all the way through! I wondered if people were going to think I was a freak for posting that! LOLReplyDelete
Lara - I KNOW! I thought the same thing! PS - love your usage of the word "bairn". :)
Michelle - Thanks! You rock, too, Girl! :)
Whoa! That took me a few seconds but I got it! :) So funny, Carol.ReplyDelete
Carol, I met "our best friend Doug" in person today. GAH!!!!! I met Diana too and she was so beautiful! Verra exciting.ReplyDelete

They were awesome! I was so glad I went. I sent you some photos! Did you get them?ReplyDelete
Thanks for my guffaw moment of the day...maybe the week. Still laughing!
Thanks for the laugh Carol, so funny.ReplyDelete
My own "best friend" was trying to download a part of D-I-A onto my ipod for me (it mysteriously vanished!) last night and instead accidently erased everything that was on it :-(. There was 5 of The Books alone without the music and other books. Guess what he'll be doing tonight?? Thank goodness Audible lets you download more than once .
Can I just say that this song is the biggest earworm ever? We were watching The Hangover last night and now I can literally NOT get it out of my head!!!!ReplyDelete
